Effective: to be set when legal signs off.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Prince Pure's
digital services — including our event capture forms, customer-facing
pages, voucher redemption, scheme enrollments, and any other online
service operated by us. By using any of these services you accept these
Terms.
1. Who we are
"Prince Pure" refers to M/s Prince Jewellery, an Indian jewellery
retailer. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean the same entity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have a parent or legal
guardian's consent, to use our services.
3. Accurate information
The details you give us — at a capture form, scheme enrollment, KYC,
or anywhere else — must be accurate and current. We rely on them to
deliver your vouchers, schemes, and communications. If something
changes, please tell us.
4. Vouchers — terms and conditions
- Vouchers are valid only for the validity window printed on them
(typically 90 days from issue).
- Vouchers are non-transferable unless stated otherwise on the voucher.
- Vouchers can be redeemed only at participating Prince Pure outlets,
during our normal business hours.
- We reserve the right to refuse a voucher that has been tampered with,
duplicated, or whose authenticity we cannot verify.
5. Schemes (jewellery savings schemes)
- Each scheme has its own Scheme Terms which apply in addition to these
general Terms. You are deemed to have read the Scheme Terms before
enrolling.
- You may exit a scheme at any time, subject to the exit rules in the
Scheme Terms (which may include a service charge or pro-rata refund
formula).
6. Old-gold valuation receipts
The two-number valuation receipt you receive at a Prince Pure counter
shows:
- the cash buyback value (what we will pay you outright today), and
- the exchange credit value (what we will credit if you use this
toward a same-day purchase with us).
Both numbers are valid for the day of valuation only, after which
the standing day's rate applies. The receipt is not a binding offer to
buy; it is a transparent statement of how we computed each number.
7. Vendor terms for marketing activities
If you are a vendor providing space, services, or contests for one of
our Below-the-Line Marketing Activities, you agree to:
- the proposal terms agreed with our Marketing Department,
- deliver the agreed service on the agreed schedule, and
- return any branded property in the condition you received it.
Payment is per the proposal. Disputes are governed by §11 below.
8. Marketing communications
By ticking the consent box on our capture form, you consent to receive
information about our schemes, events, festivals, and offers via the
channels you opted in for. You can stop these messages at any time —
reply STOP to any message, or contact privacy@princejewellery.com.
9. Acceptable use
When using our digital services you agree not to:
- impersonate someone else or provide false contact details,
- attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer our systems,
- extract data from our systems beyond what the interface allows,
- use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide our services "as is" and disclaim all implied warranties to
the extent allowed by Indian law. We are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our
services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of
these Terms is limited to the value of the specific voucher or
transaction in dispute.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct,
or anything else that Indian law does not permit us to disclaim.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Chennai,
Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out
of or in connection with these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
When we change these Terms materially we will publish a new version
with a new effective date. Old versions are kept for reference.
